A speculative piece to comment on how language is a very powerful tool that was employed by the French colonizers when they arrived to Egypt. Our Egyptian dialect is now full of French Egyptian-ized words, and the elite make fun of the public for mispronouncing these French words. This pocket dictionary is aimed at the French visiting Egypt to teach them "the proper" Egyptian way of pronouncing French words in origin.
